Gemma von Erding is a darling smaller-sized 6-7 month old German Shepherd mix who weighs about 40 lbs. Although shy initially, she is a model of adaptability and positive outlook on life; she quickly gets comfortable in new situations, walks great on leash and is always excited to meet new four-footed friends, for whom she immediately switches to play mode. We were told that she's housebroken, and lived with small children in her prior home. She is still a young pup with a good amount of energy, which becomes fully apparent when she enters the play yard; she walks in a bit shyly and adopts the strategy of caution first, by lying down and wagging her tail while the other dogs come to meet her. Once the little ritual is over, you will see her running and happily bouncing around, getting along famously with everyone.
